Frutiko food delivery details

Orders containing at least one Frutiko product are delivered as follows:

delivery takes place between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only, exepted monday
delivery on Mondays, weekends and holidays is possible for Prague and Central Bohemia region after agreement with customer service
in Prague and the Central Bohemia Region, delivery is made by the manufacturer's refrigerated vans, in other parts of the country by Messenger courier service in thermoboxes with dry ice and cooler
on the morning of the delivery day, the customer is informed by e-mail and the recipient by text message about the delivery time (approx. 3 hours)
the recipient must be present at the address given to receive the delivery during this time, as the Frutiko food product cannot remain with the carrier until the next day for redelivery
in the absence of the donee, the food product is returned to the factory without any claim
the order can be forwarded to a neighborhood or other address in the same city

Information about the expiration date of Frutiko food products:

fruit bouquets and chocolates must be consumed within 24 hours of delivery
uneaten leftovers must be stored in the refrigerator, fruit pieces must be removed from the skewers and placed in a food box
cupcakes and cake bouquets should ideally be consumed immediately after delivery or within 24 hours
products containing cream must be kept refrigerated
cake bouquets without cream can be stored in a cool place
