Jitka Mandysová

Jitka has been with Fleurop.cz since its inception, so it's no exaggeration to say that she can answer any question you may have about flower arrangements and varieties, customer service, or the flower market.

Thanks to her involvement in building the flower e-shop, creating all the flower collections, the entire concept of Fleurop Czech Republic, and her participation in various flower exhibitions and competitions, she is a true professional in the field of flowers, even though she studied the more scientifically oriented interdisciplinary field of genetic engineering in agricultural crops at the University of Agriculture in Prague.

She fondly remembers her thesis, written in collaboration with the Research Institute of Plant Production in Průhonice, which dealt with gene mutations in carnations. After 20 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing, she returned to the world of cut flowers, which she was able to enrich with her business and marketing experience from other positions and fields.

She currently holds the position of country manager and leader of the Czech team of the Fleurop brand. She is responsible for building the Fleurop national florist network, establishing cooperation with prestigious florist competitions such as Děčínská kotva and Brněnská růže, and ensuring the professional and user-friendly delivery of flowers to Czech and foreign customers as part of the Fleurop.cz flower delivery service.
