How can I change my order?

If you have not sent your order yet, you can change any data and return to each step using the "Edit Order" button. If you have already submitted your order, please contact us by email or phone and we will make the necessary changes for you. If the order is already made by the appropriate florist at the addressee's location, the changes are only possible after the costs incurred have been paid.

Where can I see the final order price?

After selecting all items of your cart, you will see the overall price. No additional costs are charged. 

How to make an order?

When making an on-line order in our e-shop, click on the "Continue to Payment" button and in the next step click on "Pay Now". After the payment, order is done. Fleurop will confirm this order at the e-mail address you entered. Your order is now at the stage of delivery and will be delivered to the addresse within the required time limit. 

Who is my business partner?

The order is sent to Fleurop - Interflora Česká s.r.o.. The order is made by the contractual partner - the local florist nearest to the recipient's address. The bouquet is prepared individually and from fresh flowers. If you have any complaints on delivered order, please contact our customer service at: or call: 792 487 101.


What types of products can I deliver with Fleurop?

Our flower delivery service Fleurop delivers flower products that you can find in our range, under "All Bouquets". These are cut bouquets, floral arrangements and we can also arrange the delivery of potted houseplants if required. As part of the ordering process, you can also add additional gift products such as branded white or red wine 0.7 l, branded sparkling wine 0.7l or branded chocolates 200g. By adding a contribution of CZK 20 to help seniors, you will contribute to improving the lives of our senior fellow citizens.

How are bouquets and flower arrangements made?

Bouquets are made by our chosen professional florist partners of our Fleurop network, located as close as possible to the delivery address of your flower order. Bouquets are hand-knotted and each individual bouquet becomes a work of art.

What types of flowers are used in ties?

Flower orders are made of fresh, seasonal flowers or according to the customer's requirements. If you want to keep in mind the creativity of florists, we recommend ordering a bouquet called Original and fresh. For large bouquets and special requests, please contact our customer service at 792 487 101

Does the range of bouquets for delivery in the Czech Republic and abroad differ?

Yes, each country has its own specific features in flower binding and a different range of flowers. When ordering delivery of a bouquet in Czech Republic, choose from the Czech range. When ordering a bouquet abroad, click on the Sending flowers abroad and first select the delivery country and then the bouquet that will meet your requirements. Can I send flowers anonymously?

Of course. Leave the message field blank during the ordering process. If you write a message on the greeting card, you can be sure that the recipient of your floral greeting will only know what you write to the message card.

When will my bouquet be delivered?

On working days we deliver bouquets from 8 am till 8 pm. In the case of ordering flowers to companies we provide delivery in usual working hours, ie between 8 am and 4 pm. On Saturday, we deliver bouquets from 9 am till 8 pm for Prague and from 9 am to about 2 pm for other cities. On Sundays we deliver only in Prague from 9 am till 8 pm. Delivery of bouquets abroad on working days is from 8 am till 8 pm, on Saturday from 9 am till 1 pm. Please note that delivery time abroad is being processed within their local time.

What happens if the recipient of the bouquet is not at the delivery address?

If the recipient of the bouquet is not found and you select "Deliver Order to Neighbor", we will try to leave the bouquet in a suitable location in the neighborhood or at the workplace. If this is not possible, the bouquet is taken back to the florist who made it. A message is sent to the recipient to pick the bouquet up.

What is on the message card?

On the message card, the client may leave the message to the recipient. We will put there only what you write there.


How can I pay?

You can conveniently pay your Fleurop order online using a credit card, bank transfer or Pay Pal method. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD.

How do I get an invoice for my accounts?

Invoice payment is available to corporate registered customers. During the ordering process, click on "Yes, send me an e-invoice" button in the Payment step. If you have found that you need an additional invoice for your order, please contact our customer service who will send you the necessary invoice.

When will the amount be debited from my account?

When paying with credit card or other means, the amount will be immediately debited from your account.


Do I have to register?

No, registration is not necessary. The advantage of a registered customer is that they do not have to re-enter permanent data when ordering and have the Order History at hand. According to the Data Protection Act, your data will be securely stored and you will be assured that it will not be handed over.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the Forgotten Password button and a new password will be sent to your email address immediately.
