How to place an order


EASY AND COMFORTABLE PURCHASE 

Shopping in our online store is simple, but here's a simplified guide to how to proceed with your purchase:


1. SELECT THE BOUQUET

You can find the main selection of bouquets under "All Bouquets" . When you click on, you will find a complete selection of bouquets for different types of occasions. You can also select by flower type or by color. If you want to send a bouquet abroad, click Send Flowers Abroad in the top black bar and select the country of delivery. After it, you may select a bouquet for a concrete country a continue in completing of order.


2. DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT BOUQUET

After clicking on the bouquet, you will get to the detailed description of the bouquet, code and price.


3. BOUQUET SELECTION

If you want to have the selected bouquet delivered, choose Add to Cart.


4. ADDING A GIFT - wine / sparkling wine

You can also add additional gift products to your order, for instance 0.7l branded sparkling wine, 0.7l branded red or white wine and 200g branded chocolates. By adding a contribution of CZK 20 to help seniors, you will contribute to improving the lives of our senior fellow citizens.


5. CHECKING THE SHOPPING CART

Check the basket with all ordered goods (type of product, product price, shipping cost). Follow your order by completing additional information.


6. BOUQUET RECIPIENT

In this step, the form for filling the recipient's details (name, address, postal code, phone) will appear. Marked fields are mandatory.

If the recipient is not reached at the address, by ticking the "Deliver Order to Neighbor", the bouquet will be left in the neighborhood. You can choose "Back to Shop" option and the bouquet will be delivered back to the florist who made it.

The recipient can pick up the bouquet in the flower shop.


7. PERSONAL MESSAGE

In this field, type a message that you want to communicate to the recipient of the bouquet and which will be delivered with the bouquet. Don't forget to sign the message. If you do not want to attach a message, do not fill it and leave it blank. Continue to next order step.


8. YOUR DATA

If you are a registered customer, select the "Sign in to my account" button and the pre-filled fields will appear. Just check the option if you want to be informed about the delivery of the bouquet via your email address. Check the GTC consent to continue. If you are not a registered customer and do not want to register, you can order without registration and select the "I do not have an account" button. You will complete all required fields, including the GTC agreement, and continue to the payment button.


9. ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENT OF DATA IN ORDER

If you find out that you misspelled some of the data in the ordering process, please return to the order step using the "Back to Order" button and correct your details. To pay, continue to the "Pay now" button.


10. PAYMENT

11. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of your order with will be sent to your email address you provided during the ordering process.
