Yes, we standardly deliver flowers across the Czech Republic on Saturdays and also on Sundays during major flower holidays such as Mother's Day, International Women's Day and Valentine's Day when they fall on a Sunday. We do not standardly deliver on an ordinary Sunday. At the customer's request, we can individually check options with the delivering florist. If the florist is able and willing to arrange delivery, the order can be delivered on Sunday for an individual surcharge by prior agreement.
In some cases we can deliver flowers within tens of minutes. If you want the fastest possible delivery, please state this in the order notes – preferred delivery time. The delivering florist always tries to meet your request as far as possible. However, the exact time cannot always be guaranteed, for example due to current workload, staffing or waiting for a fresh flower delivery. We therefore guarantee the delivery day, while the exact time depends on the delivering florist's current capacity.
Yes, and we definitely recommend it. A personal message lets the recipient know who to thank for the flowers and makes the gift more personal and unique. Simply enter your message in the first step of the order and we will attach it to the bouquet on a nice greeting card.
Yes, we can also deliver flowers to hospitals in Přerov. Whether handover is possible always depends on the current rules of the specific ward or hospital, so it is advisable to check in advance whether bouquet delivery is allowed at that time. We therefore recommend including as much information as possible in the order, especially the hospital name, ward name, whether it is for staff or a patient, and the room number if applicable. For hospital delivery we recommend choosing a bouquet delivered by our local florist, not one sent via a courier service such as PPL.
Yes – in that case do not put your name on the greeting card. The recipient will only learn what you write in the message.
