Do you need to deliver flowers to your loved one, loved one or business partner? Fleurop will provide you with everything you need! Order bouquet online from the comfort of your home or office. We offer a diverse bouquet for all occasions. Flowerbinding is made by our partners - professional florists who are close to the recipient.

These florists included in our international floristic network Fleurop. All bouquets are arranged by experienced professionals who use only freshly cut flowers for flower binding. Bouquets are tied shortly before they are delivered.

Delivery times of bouquets in Czech Republic

  • on weekdays we deliver bouquets in the range of 8.00 - 20.00

  • orders received till 3:00 pm will be delivered the same day, orders received after 3pm will be delivered the next day
  • Valetine, International Women´s day etc.. are order delivered between 8:00 - 20:00

After ordering a bouquet at www.fleurop.cz, it takes just few hours and the bouquet is delivered right to the recipient´s hands.

You can add a notice about the desired delivery time. Please make sure that the recipient of the bouquet is at the place of delivery and your surprise will be perfect.


PERSONAL DELIVERY

Personal delivery of a bouquet to the recipient is often very powerful emotional experience. Delivery of the bouquet is provided either by the florists themselves or by a professional courier service.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I send a bouquet anonymously?

Of course. During the ordering process, leave the message field blank. However, if you do write a message, you can rest assured that the recipient of your floral greeting will only see what you write on the message card. However, we do need your phone number and email address to process your order and for any follow-up questions. This information will not be shared with the recipient of the bouquet.


When will my bouquet be delivered?

On business days, we deliver bouquets between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. For bouquet orders to companies, we ensure delivery between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays, we deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for Prague and between 9:00 a.m. and approximately 2:00 p.m. for other cities in the Czech Republic. On Sundays, we deliver only in Prague after prior telephone agreement with customer service. On special days such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. throughout the Czech Republic, not only in Prague. Flower bouquets are delivered abroad on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Delivery times abroad are based on local time.


What happens if the recipient of the bouquet is not available?

If the recipient of the bouquet is not available and you check the option “leave the bouquet with neighbors” during the ordering process, we will try to leave the bouquet in a suitable place in the neighborhood or at the recipient's workplace with colleagues. If this is not possible, the bouquet is taken back to the florist who made it. A note will be left at the delivery location for the recipient to pick up the bouquet.


What is written on the message card?

The person ordering the bouquet can leave a personal message for the recipient on the message card. This message is delivered exactly as it is written in the order and no other text is added, such as the name of the bouquet, etc. Don't forget to include your name in your message so that the recipient knows who to thank for the flowers...


How does home flower delivery work?

Flower delivery is provided by our contracted local Fleurop florists. Thanks to their dense network throughout the country, we are able to deliver flowers on the day of order to your home address, even in the most remote villages, if you place your order by 3 p.m. on weekdays and by 11 a.m. on Saturdays. Once the order is paid for, it is immediately forwarded to the florist closest to the delivery address. The florist will prepare the bouquet a few minutes before delivery, so it is completely fresh. We offer approximately 30 bouquets, which are sent via PPL. In these cases, the bouquet is delivered the next day, except on Mondays. A prerequisite for successful delivery is the exact home address of the recipient, including their mobile phone number.


Can flowers be sent to work or to a hospital?

We deliver flowers not only to home addresses, but also to workplaces. In this case, the order must include the name of the company where the recipient works, or more specifically, the part of the building and floor. In large companies, bouquets can only be delivered to the reception desk, which must ensure that the bouquet is delivered properly. Therefore, it is necessary to provide as many details as possible about the recipient, including their department. Flower delivery to hospitals may be restricted by the rules of the specific hospital, so it is advisable to check in advance whether bouquet delivery is permitted at that time. In these cases, we recommend choosing a bouquet delivered by our local florist (not a bouquet delivered by PPL service).


Can I order flowers to my home?

Our clients often order flowers to their homes. This is in cases where they want to save time by not having to go to a brick-and-mortar store to buy a bouquet, but still want to have the flowers delivered personally to the recipient. The advantage is quick online ordering, a large selection of bouquets from the comfort of your home, and a gift bag with handles in which the bouquet is delivered in water and which can also serve as a vase.


Can I specify the delivery time for the bouquet?

In the first step of the ordering process, you can enter your preferred delivery time for the bouquet in the Notes field. This is really just a preferred time, which the florist always tries to adhere to, but it is not a guaranteed time. We guarantee the delivery date according to the order, but the exact time cannot be adhered to in 100% of cases, either for personnel or capacity reasons (the florist is waiting for a fresh delivery).


What should I do if I need to change the details of an order I have already placed?

Please inform customer service immediately. If the delivery date is in 2 days or later, simply send the new information by email. In the case of a shorter deadline, please inform us by phone so that the operator can check the current status of the order and make the change as quickly as possible.


How do I know that the flowers have been delivered?

As soon as the bouquet has been successfully delivered and the florist confirms this in the system, you will receive a text message and email notification that the bouquet has been delivered. Therefore, please ensure that all the information you provide in your order is correct so that you can be quickly notified of the successful delivery of the bouquet.


WE DELIVER THROUGHOUT THE CZECH REPUBLIC WITHOUT EXCEPTION


The essence of our international florist brand Fleurop is ongoing cooperation with selected local florists in each country. These selected floral professionals form the Fleurop international floral network.

The same is true in the Czech Republic. Our contracted Fleurop florists form a national florist network and are evenly distributed throughout the country. They are found in larger numbers in Prague, Brno, and large regional cities, as well as in smaller district towns and villages. Thanks to the fact that our florists deliver flowers daily to surrounding areas and more distant villages, we cover the entire country, right down to the smallest village, and can deliver bouquets to the address on the day of the order without any problems.

Based on the delivery address, the order is forwarded to our nearest florist in the given location, and the bouquet is therefore arranged completely fresh, just before it is delivered to the recipient. Even during the time it takes the florist to get from the door of their shop to the recipient's door, the flowers do not suffer, as they are stored in a gift bag with water.
