On the morning of the delivery day, the customer is informed by email and the recipient by text message of the delivery time ( approximately 3 hours). During this time, the recipient must be present to receive the shipment, as the Frutiko food product cannot remain with the carrier until the next day, and in the absence of the recipient it is returned to the factory without claim.
